After buying food from Pillbox Hospital, I drove further up the road, and drove past these two people on a bugatti. They apparently saw me and decided to knock me down with a car for fun. The POV shows that they were supposed to go right on the road, but the driver deliberately turned left, knocking me down and drove further up the oncoming lane.
