Life Story: Born into Los Santos; as a child Simon's father was wrongfully killed in a police shooting by SAHP (San Andreas Highway Patrol), leaving him with only his mother to take care of him, barely surviving from month to month, his father was shot due to him having the same description as the suspect they were chasing after, his father although non complaint because he feared for his life for doing nothing wrong was shot, and when taken to court the officer who shots actions were justified, and him and his mother lost the court case, leaving them with no money, they struggled to survive, and Simon growing up was forced to help pay bills and for necessities to survive, and as he grew older his hatred for the SAHP grew and plotted to take action back against them for their wrong doing, since the corrupt injustice system could not do it themselves.
Career Story: After going to college, and receiving his Masters in Criminal Justice to try to see if he could get on board with SAHP, he was successfully hired, he has now slowly, surely, patiently worked his way up in the Org, now giving out orders instead of taking them (with some exceptions of course), he plans to continue to work very hard to achieve more of what he wants, and will not hesitate to take any more promotions, and will not let anything distract him from his goal, he is tenacious, he is persistent, and has been his whole life, he wants to make sure his father receives justice since his country couldnt provide it, he will do it his way, continuing down this path he knows hes taking a risk, but the risk is worth the injustice his innocent father received from the filthy cops that killed him, making sure SAHP never makes a mistake like that again.
Outcomes:
1. Simon is able to destroy bodycam and/or tamper with footage
2. Simon is able to take favors and bribes up to no more than 100k
3. Simon is able to purchase and sell anything from the black market untraced
4. Simon is able to Break any Laws, Including Penal Codes, Traffic Codes, Firearm Law etc.
5. Simon is able to release individuals from jail or custody/ detainment for a bribe (able to release family members and friends from prison, and take them off the wanted list)
6. Simon can tamper with any kind of evidence (including bodycam) to frame and/or assist in someone elses favor
7. Simon is able to lie about calling a state lawyer for 10-15s in his custody
8. Simon can work with informants outside of SAHP (gang members, family members, etc) to buy or sell information
