Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Since I started playing on GrandRP, I've been fascinated by criminal organizations and gangs. The first thing I did after exploring the server a bit was to join a gang, which, as expected, was the Blood Street Gang on DE04. What has impressed me the most about the gang to this day is its history. Other aspects that I appreciate about this gang are its colors and the location of the HQ. I want to revive the Bloods with good activity, unity, and motivation here on EN01.
Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
There are many untapped opportunities to enhance roleplay on the server with an organization. First and foremost, Ammunation and shop robberies are a great way to promote roleplay. They can be made more interesting with various elements, both for the gangs and the members of the law enforcement organizations. Another well-known opportunity is hostage situations, which can be made even more fun and engaging with creative ideas.
I also plan to improve roleplay and bring more fun to the players through events such as boxing matches or hide and seek. We are always open to ideas for events and will take into account the feedback from the players and gang members.
However, it is important to maintain a certain standard in roleplay. Whether it's a shootout on the highway or in the ghetto, the gang will always strive to create a good roleplay situation, even if the members don't always benefit in terms of money or weapons.
The gang members will be rewarded for graffiti, actively participating in turf raids, and other events, such as heavy sniper giveaways. This ensures that people have fun during the events and don't just attend out of obligation.
General Concept
The gang should be known for good communication, unity, activity, and assertiveness. Additionally, during recruitment, we will pay close attention to ensuring that people know what they are doing and understand that respect should always prevail within the gang. Disrespectful behavior towards other members or organizations will always result in sanctions, regardless of one's position within the gang. This is to prevent anyone from thinking they can do whatever they want without facing any consequences. In summary, the Blood Street Gang should be known for always acting with respect if they are shown respect.
Roleplay between organizations should be significantly promoted and improved through various ideas, allowing all organizations on the server to have more fun. This includes both criminal and government organizations.
