Dear Mazhor,
First of all I would like to apologies because this is the 4th request I am making but somehow the server 2 Admins still don't understand.
The first time I made my second Account was like almost 2 Years ago and back then I played on that Account maybe for 2 Days. Then I got back on my main and after some time I forgot about that Account. Couple of months later I tried to log back in to my second Account but it said wrong password or email so I thought my Account got hacked or something but at that time I didn't care because I was happy with my main Account. Then at some point I quit grand because I didn't have time to play and came back last year for the Halloween event. The last time I was on my Account was the Halloween Event and then I tried logging back in this years around April or something but I saw I have been banned. This couldn't be possible since I didn't play on my Account and I could swear I didn't cheat. And if I did why didn't my other Account get banned on Server 1,3,4.
I tried to contact a Admin and the best he said is that its my fault that my Account got hacked and that I shouldn't start lying now so I get unbanned.
So Dear Mazhor its kind of sad now for the time and money I invested and now it all gone for something I didnt do.
I beg you to take pity on me because I wanted to enjoy my summer break and be able to play Grand like the good old days.
