Player 68396 will receive a punishment for Corruption without Bio
You're not part of the event and he did not enter until then. However he is in full cop uniform in a part of the Zone that is considered normal City. He abuses his position as an Officers and Org weaponary to get an advantage at the parachute drop. The player doesnt even look like a gangster and has nothing pulled. So from the standpoint given a Cop on Duty shoots down an innocent Civilian without any reason given.
Even tho he already got blacklisted from SAHP, at the time of this happening he still was a cop.
