Leader of LSPD
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1- I want to be leader of this organization because I believe I have gathered enough experience as a LEO to be a leader. Started working SAHP in larry's term slowly and after working hard the max I got promoted to was Chief of Swat Rank 27 in rocky's term joined LSPD and was given COS rank 28 and then was promoted to Deputy chief in Federico term. Then I joined mighty in LSPD was given Rank Captain and then I joined different orgs was also a COS in SAHP in tony gold term and then COS in Ibti Loco term of LSPD. After working under and with all these leaders as well as fellow colleagues I have learned different things on how to run different departments and the whole org.
2- I have been in LSPD in last term, Luna Quinn and Federico Term working and observing on how to run different departments as well helping the leaders run the org by making crucial decision to avoid warning or verbals for the org. In these terms I have worked in different departments and have come with a lot of stuff that would all departments more fun and with a lot more activities.
3- Working in LSPD in last terms have made this org feels more like a home to me and same goes for some of my fellow colleagues who are here with me. I want us all to stay here and keep this home steady like my predecessors did. I want to keep the family of LSPD happy and want to grow this family by bringing more people in.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I have multiple plans on improving the RP in LSPD by bringing in more /me, do and try commands in different departments of the organization. For example when IA asked for bodycam in someone logs instead of just asking for it directly in Logs an IA member needs to go to a computer and do /me sends email to Ibti loco and then take a screenshot and put the screenshot in the person log with the message they want to deliver to that person. I want to introduce this command not only IA but HRT department as well. I have plans to create department colabs where 2 or 3 departments work together to complete a specific task. I have plans for Undercover department where they could help FIB in collecting evidences as well helping other officers with different task. I have plans for SWAT where SWAT would be doing different missions set only for SWAT. Just like that I want to introduce a parking enforcement department in LSPD whose main job will be towing, setting up radars to fine people for diving recklessly, speeding and giving HSU and ASU (introduced into LSPD by Jessica Coughlin) training to those who want to get those licenses to fly heli or drive fast cars present in LSPD.
Departments in LSPD
1-HRT: This department would be responsible for hiring and training new officers.
2-SWAT: This department would be responsible for doing our ghetto patrols as well negotiations and taking control in all events.
3-IA: This department would be responsible for checking every officer work and would be acting as internal police to catch bad cops in LSPD.
4-Undercover Bureau: This department would be responsible for collecting evidences to help FIB as well as catching people planting cannabis in the city.
5-Parking Enforcement: This department would be responsible to give HSU and ASU trainings to LSPD officers as well as working on setting up camera radars in different parts of city to fine people for speeding, Driving Recklessly etc. This department will also be responsible for Towing Cars.
5-PR: This department would be responsible for holding the IC events for citizens as well as LSPD officers.
