The primary reason why I am driven to lead this organization is my commitment to continuing the legacy I established during my previous leadership of the Marabunta Gang in en2 and many more RP servers . I devoted myself to making an active gang, constantly engaging in Fort Zancudo raids, doing robberies, and intense hostage situations. Throughout my entire term, I successfully maintained the gang's activity, and now, I am determined to achieve this level of excellence once again.
Furthermore, having led a gang on three separate occasions, I take pride in the fact that each term ended without the need for disbandment. It is important to me that I complete this upcoming term with a flawless record, avoid of any warnings or setbacks.
Additionally, I am dedicated to providing players with an unforgettable role-playing experience. This entails offering fair and inclusive opportunities to partake in activities such as robberies and the creation of immersive events. I will wholeheartedly support individuals in fulfilling these promises, thereby ensuring a truly captivating and enjoyable RP environment for everyone involved.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I want to improve RP by doing the following:
- Creating RP events that make it enjoyable for everyone involved
- Giving players of the gang equal opportunities
- Awarding people for their hard-work
I do intend to create fun global events for all involved. I also want to try create an IC event instead of OOC to get everyone involved instead of a few people.
