~The main reason to why I want to be leader of this Organization is because I want to run a ranged, fun but most importantly an functional association. I want to give my professed leadership chops, and give boost and passion to getting a great leader but utmost surely a complete association.
~Secondly, I want to make it my duty to make sure that I am making the organization a great place for everyone and making sure that all the members are keeping great motivation for the Org and are wanting to progress through the ranks. Everyone will be treated fairly and be treated with the up most respect. I will give people opportunities at new thing's whether that be them being on the Turf Team, etc.
~Thirdly, I want to make LS Vagos not only an active Organization but letting people have equal openings by allowing them to try new stuff and I want to as a leader to train them how to do certain stuff and how to do it efficiently so they can progress in the gang and in the megacity itself. Everyone will be treated with respect and treated fairly by me and other members of my Trusted Command. And i've Gang HC experience till now in other server of grp but now i wanna try it out in En1.
-My advice for improving the roleplay?
~Embrace the gang culture: Familiarize yourself with the Los Santos Vagos lore, hierarchy, and customs. Understand the gang's values, slang, and behavior to accurately portray your character.
~Engage in criminal activities: Participate in gang-related activities such as drug trafficking, extortion, turf wars, and other illegal ventures. Coordinate with other Vagos members to plan and execute these operations.
~Roleplay conflicts and resolutions: Create tense situations with other players or rival gangs that can lead to intense roleplay scenarios. Explore creative ways to resolve conflicts, such as negotiations, revenge, or alliances.
~Maintain a strong presence: Establish the Vagos gang as a force to be reckoned with in the server. Actively recruit new members, claim territories, and defend your turf against rival factions.
~Build relationships with other players: Forge alliances, rivalries, and friendships with other players in the server. Engage in meaningful interactions and develop storylines that revolve around these relationships.
My goals as Vagos Leader?
-Create & Organize the organization
-Make the organization as terrorist organization
-Create fun RP situation
-Create massive global events for the players
-Successfully doing first term without any warns
