I feel the punishment given to me is incorrect, in the 24/7 Robbery, I saw that first of all they weren't pointing their guns at the hostage, Second, I saw that they left the hostage outside and ran inside the store that's when I started shooting, there were shots from Revolvers first. And when my High Commands told me to stop shooting I immediately stopped shooting as told to me, Everything is given in to prove my points above in the POV I provide

As this is a punishment given by me here is my point of view after watching your POV:
- Your POV shows that one of the hostagetakers was pointing guns on the hostage (Dave Hill) still when you started shooting. It was after the shots that the hostage walked himself in safety.
- In your POV you are the first one to shoot from the right side of the robbery, but it also shows you shooting after the first one on the left side opens fire. Both you and him got punished.

In my eyes the warning might be a bit harsh but demorgan would be justified as you opened fire as the first person to the right, closest to the hostage, while the hostage was not safe yet.

I will leave the final decision up to my higher ups of course, but I think the warning should be revoked and replaced with demorgan (which you already served). But again it is up to my higher ups.
