Life Story: Frank was born into a world of chaos, his mom was dead at birth and his father killed himself 7 years later due to the mourning of his wife's death. Frank was left alone moving from foster houses to the streets, he had found a family finally inside of Bloods. he had made a lot of money and gained a lot of street cred due to being such a gangster. he then made a friend by the name of Tobi Blixky and he had watched him do his job as an LSPD as a detective unit, he had actually busted Frank for having drugs on him before and Frank had given him information about the Blood Street Gang to get away from being processed. After awhile Bloods had found out that frank was a rat with the feds so the jumped him out of the gang. With nothing left frank turned to Tobi for help and Tobi had taken him into LSPD
Career Story: Once frank joined LSPD he had to start at the very bottom, but had help from Tobi with helping everything. he first had to learn the ways to act professional, then had to learn how to process a 10-15, after that he had to do process an actual 10-15 from a store robbery. That person ended up being someone frank knew from Bloods and frank still had his roots inside of the gang so he decided to let the person go for intel on the bloods to help the current LSPD leader Melissa Dior in evidence to send to FIB. After a few weeks Frank rose up the ranks of LSPD and gained the trust of Melissa Dior and was given the chance to become his Assistant Chief. Frank through the weeks got so many pieces of evidence through the bloods on other gangs.
Outcomes:
1 Frank can take bribes to let people go and to give information to people (up to 100k)
2 Frankcan rob and kill in ghetto with family and friends (off duty)
3 Frank is allowed to use illegal weapons and drugs on duty and off duty and is allowed to take weapons off the floor
4 Frank can use torture/pay to get information out of 10-15s (/try can only be used 2x per situation) (No UB)
5 When Frank searches someone they can ask them to drop their illegal items and keep and use for his self
6 Frank is able to try to break bodycams of people. (/try can only be used 2 times per situation)
7 Frank can plant evidence on a person and can legally punish them for the planted evidence ( No UB )
