Aviraj was born in Prishtina, Kosova to loving parents, his father was working for the intelligence services and his mother was working in the Emergency Medical Services. Kosova was always under attack by the mafia, so His father used to teach him how to shoot and fight to protect the family in case of any attack. He also used to take Aviraj to his work in IS, to show him and to train him how to fight. On the other hand, Aviraj’s mother taught him how to help the poor people who got hurt after the attacks.
On 24/05/2009 after a nearby country’s nuclear disaster, the mafia took advantage of the government being busy with the disaster and launched a full-scale attack on Prishtina to overthrow the government. during the attack the mafia killed Aviraj’s father and abducted Ahmed’s mother. After the attack the new government offered him a job, and he had no choice else than to accept it so he can search for his kidnapped mother. He kept searching for his mother and life kept going dark for Aviraj.
During his job in the new corrupt government, he learned how to become corrupt so he could find his mother. He dealt with drugs, cocaine, and all kind of illegal items to get enough money to fund the resistance. After 7 years he found his mother, but his cover was blown away by one of the mafia spies that was working in the resistance.
He ran away with his mother to a nearby country on foot then moved again by ship to a safe country. However, the spies found him again, so Aviraj and his mother were smuggled into Los Santos by a very known smuggler, and he was provided with a new identity and some new plastic surgeries.
He joined gangs to get some money since he has enough knowledge of how to help them. The gangs always loved him, and they considered him as their man. He left the gangs to work an honest job. In Evan’s term he joined LSPD, so he could follow his father’s steps, but his past life always has affected and changed him, the corruption always became part of his life.
Outcomes:
1) Aviraj Has Secret Bodycam Which Records 24/7 even he is off duty
2) Avira can carry his I'd even when she is off duty so that he can be helped incase of any emergency.
3) Avira can take a bribe of max to max 100k to improve her financial condition.
4) Avira can carry her org radio even when she is off duty to call for backup whenever needed.
5) Avira can sell personal weapons at the black market or to the people. (Not the org weapons and ammunition)
6) Avira can pickup illegal weapons from operations and sell them at the Black Market.
7) Avira can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without calling a lawyer.
8) Avira is able to fight 1v2 because of her extensive LSPD Training.
9) Avira can plant illegal items on people and frame them.
10) Avira can release her friends/family members or also reduce their sentence.
11) Avira can also process a suspect without confiscating the weapons.
12) Avira can be a hostage with uniform for money.
13) Avira can kill people while he is on/off duty if they don't comply with him.(Except Leos) Without violating G.R 6.15
14) Avira Can destroy anyone's bodycams by breaking it for his illegal activity.
15) Avira Will be able to get involved in criminal activity when undercover to gain evidence in order to create a case file.
16)Avira is allowed to carry illegal items in the trunk of his car (personal).
17) Avira Can torture criminals in order to get intel, keeping basic human rights in mind.
18) Avira can use drugs on and off duty as well as undercover to fit the role of being a gangster.
19) Avira Can go to Ghetto while off duty/Undercover and hang out with he's old Criminal friends in illegal activities (including ones with tattoos).
