2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation):
- My desire to progress in my engagement with gangs is the main driver behind my desire to lead Bloods as a gang. I am usually spotted at gang events as I genuinely love them and they allow me to spend more time playing. This is because my in-game calendar is never empty. However, I want to take charge of the story this time. When I initially started playing Grand, I was a rank 1 in Families and worked my way up to Rank 11/12 from scratch, playing nearly every gang event every single day. It gave me a sense of intimacy and excitement, and I think becoming a leader would make me even more passionate about playing. I previously held the position of Leader as Families. Unfortunately, my tenure was cut short since I chose poorly with my deputies, forcing me to do everything on my own without the help of my family. However, I believe that this is the ideal time to try this.I'm also really strict; if someone violates a major rule, I will immediately kick them out of the gang; lesser rule breaches result in strikes or downgrades. It works because individuals will follow the rules more frequently if they think the leader is tough. I have a lot of patience and time for people.
- Recently, the gang scene has started to pick up activity again. Despite the fact that there are numerous gangs, relatively few of them participate in events, and those who do usually do so more out of duty than a desire to win and compete. Furthermore, it appears that gangs are no longer as intently focused on occasions and territories as they should be. If you granted me control of Bloods, I would collect my closest allies to serve with me as constable so that we could concentrate on both facets of the gang. I would make sure that every single member is actively participating and showing up to activities. In this way, the gang will actively take part in all activities relating to gangs.
- I believe that joining gangs and learning how everything works is really difficult for new players, and as a result, some people may abandon the game. The senior leadership constantly shouts at individuals and commands them to attend events, while the new recruits rarely know what to do and get no help at all. In my group, I'll see to it that the seasoned players mentor and guide the newer members in everything. By bringing newer members with them and teaching them the ropes, members can also receive promotions and bonuses inside the gang, making them feel valued for what they are doing. The new players will be promoted once they get the fundamentals of how everything operates.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization:
- Strict recruiting requirements; only hire individuals who are knowledgeable with all local regulations; reject and direct less-experienced applicants to the relevant rule sets for a second chance if they show devotion and conviction.
- Each participant will be motivated to keep up their diligent work for various gang activities like organising events, creating graffiti, gang turfs, robbing people in the ghetto, and taking hostages by being assigned to specific, structured teams and receiving the proper rewards for each participant.
- Preference for role-playing situations, such as meetings with gang leaders, law enforcement officers, and even civilian groups, to resolve IC issues.

-My desired outcomes include serving one successful term without receiving any disciplinary action from the organization.
- Establish a dynamic, non-toxic organization.
