I'm not stealing, if I did, I wouldn't raise my hands in the air because of a demends I applied, why am I getting a warning, it's their fault, they're trying to get in the car and drive away, I was ready to be robbed. and I did not get an answer to my question, I did not sttaling, I applied what you said but I get a warning

As u can see, this guy clearly stalling when we said to him "Put your hands up" he said "How can i do that" right, maybe he doesnt learn yet. but if u watch there he already know how to do put your hands up. Thats clearly stalling.
