Actually he said rat. Even if he said black that is not racism. the person you are reporting IS black lol. Also the pov shows this guy never read miranda rights, called only one time for a lawyer when he is supposed to call 3 times, opened his pda while holding someone by the arm, and processed someone without ever connecting the pda to the fib cloud. If that was not bad enough he refused to show id, and put him into a jumpsuit without telling him he was going to be putting him into the jumpsuit. See a whole lot of rule breaks from the person who uploaded the forum versus the person who he is complaining against - not a single rule break from 3177
