I don’t mean to spam nor be disrespectful but increase my knowledge and better the RP and put my point across. I don't appeal for punishment as I respect your decision and the admin.
There are two things within my last thread.
1. Use of deadly force.
2. Initiating RP when in Collectors Job.
1. Use of deadly force.
You stated what did the guy do that was threatening to my life. I understand the server isn’t hardcore RP but “Stealing” from a Federal Agent doesn’t seem like a crime you let go off. I tried using non Lethal means by trying to tase him but he took flight after stealing from me which has given me enough reasons to shoot at as he is now a felon.
Another thing on this matter is that in a ATM robbery (Armed or not armed) the police is allowed to shoot the suspect if he tries to flee the scene so how is that different to this?
Also would like to state that many countries around the world allows one to protect his property.
But I do see from your perspective and I agree LEO should not engage in deadly force without the proper means. This is something I practised in EN1 and try to in EN3 but some players aren't just allowing that to happen as they will unrealistically escalate the situation.
For the second part:
2. Initiating RP when in Collectors Job.
I still think stealing the debt is enough to initiate the RP to Kill. Instead of giving demands... It doesn't make sense to give demands like “leave the area 5seconds” just to initiate the RP after he/she has stolen the money of you. I believe it's fair to kill if they have not listened to you and have forcefully collected your debt.
Please make that a thing so that debt collectors don’t just “collecting you debt” and steal.
