Dear Grand Rp Support,
I am writing to appeal my ban from the game. I was banned on July 14, 2023, for using redux (from network graphics). I understand that this is a serious violation of the game's terms of service, and I apologize for my actions.
But it is not mentioned in the redux that it will disable the death screen effect and as per the rules, we can use software that does not give any advantage in-game and it is not giving any advantage in game.
I was using a third-party app to improve my game performance. I thought that this app was safe to use, but I now realize that it was not. I have since deleted the app from my device, and I will not use it again.
I understand that my actions have consequences, and I am willing to accept the punishment. However, I believe that I should be unbanned because I have learned my lesson. I will never use unauthorized software again, and I will abide by the game's terms of service.
I am a longtime fan of this roleplay server, and I have spent a lot of time and money on the game. I would be very grateful if you would consider unbanning my account.
