shot me at the count of 3, I have had several admins tell me that we cant shoot eachother until the count goes down to 1. even if i have gun out or not, I cannot shoot him until he says 1, same goes for him

it doesnt matter several of my friends and other people have been punished for this exact reason, not finishing the countdown, if I shot you while you are counting, then I get punished, if you shoot me while you are counting you get punished, I dont make the rules
