Stop trying to fool the admins, lying is punishable as well. You heal once animation starts, you don't have to wait for it to finish because your health bar is already full, and you can see my health is full no weapon does 100 dmg. If he is aiming with a heavy sniper and running then he is bug abusing because you can only walk slowly while aiming with it.
