Chester DeWertony Was born in Georgia Country. Chester was born in poor family since age 12 he was working first of all he was working in his fathers garage as mechanic fixing cars and bicycles with his dad Chester always was good kid in school he was defending kids who was getting bullied and he always wanted to become police officer. Chester had very good relationship with his family Mother and father but one day after he came back to school he got information that his father died in car accident Chester had very good relationship with his father and when he knew about his father death he broke down it was worst day in his life. 1 month has passed after chester's father funeral and when chester was at home listening to music her mother came back with the guy who was his new boyfriend and was going to live with chesters mother house with them. the stepfather of chester was very bad guy he didn't love chester when mother was working chester had gotten beaten up by step father one day casue rejecting to go in market after months of getting bullied and attacked by stepfather he ran away at night he had enough money to leave the country by working into his fathers garage and saving money. Chester bought ticket to the City Los Santos in the plane he met guy named Evan they got to knew eachother after 12 hours of flight and evan offered him to stay with him in his family house in los santos chester was so happy he didnt had anywhere to stay and he was so happy about that after 1 week of living in los santos chester started working as farmer, electrician, construction site and lot other he was trying any way to make money but after some years in the city he went to try his luck in SAhp. The sahp was glad to take him as trainee and he got to trooper in SAHP
Career Story:
Chester was about 1 year in sahp chasing down criminals and arresting them he was good officer of the highway he got lot of criminals behind bars he was patroling in the sahp with his friend Evan who was also officer of sahp after some years they decided to move to the city of los santos from paleto bay and they transfered into Los Santos Police Departament as a Cadeth's after training they quickly got officers one day while arresting criminal Chester got his first big offer about getting money exchange of letting the criminal go upto 100k Chester has never seen that much money before and after thinking he released the person. Chester knew that he would make more lot money by being corrupted than being normal officer and he started doing illegal things like selling the illegal guns and taking money exchange of Money. After this history Chester has done lot of illegals things like letting criminal go in exchange of money the LSPD chief Tommy Slater didn't knew anything about Chester illegal activities.
