Luke LothBrok was born and raised in Los Santos. His childhood was marked by a tragic event when his father was unjustly killed in a police shooting by the FIB. Luke's father, who happened to match the description of a suspect they were pursuing, was shot despite being non-compliant. In a disappointing turn of events, the court ruled that the officer's actions were justified, leaving Luke and his mother with no financial support. Struggling to make ends meet, Luke grew up quickly, shouldering the responsibility of helping his mother pay bills and cover their basic needs. Over time, Luke's resentment towards the FIB grew, and he developed a plan to take action against them for their wrongful deeds, as the corrupt justice system had failed to do so.
Career Story:
Driven by a desire to seek justice and make a difference, Luke pursued a college education, eventually earning a Masters in Criminal Justice. He aimed to join the FIB, hoping to effect change from within. Luke's determination paid off, and he successfully secured a position within the organization. Through hard work and perseverance, he steadily climbed the ranks, now finding himself in a position where he gives orders rather than taking them, with some exceptions. Luke remains focused on his goals, refusing to let anything divert his attention. His tenacity and persistence have always been defining traits, and he remains resolute in his quest to ensure his father's innocence is recognized and justice is served. 2 Luke Can rob and kill in ghetto with family and friends (off duty)
3 Luke is allowed to use illegal weapons and drugs on duty and off duty and is allowed to take weapons off the floor
