Rejected While I was on duty somebody came to me and RDM me without any demand

While I was duty on patrolling somebody came over and tried to VDM me first without any demand. Then i asked him that ''How can i help you sir ? ''. He didn't respond me back and he pulled out of gun and RDM me.
