never been leader before but experience in every gang and ex under deputy of bloods also HC in vagos and hc in multiple gangs
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
leadership quality. i am always the leading figure in situations if someone higher up than me isnt availaible (leading figure in legal orgs too)
i am friendly and kind to new gang members as well as as they are new too server if there first experience is bad and they get punished for this they will never return to server again thats why i am always eager to teach them every thing and tell them about events and every rp stuff
i will organise maximum events as possible as i have seen that most gangs become inactive after 3-4 days of new leadership thats why i will ensure this doesnt happen with vagos. I WILL try my level best to keep the gang as active as possible and make Leos fear vagos
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
i will train new gang members about events , rp scenarios , hostage situations and overall train them so they can do better rp rather than they breaking rules and getting punished.
i will keep gang active . and i think best way to improve RolePlay is organising more events and doing more hostage situations and introduce many new sights for new gang members and showing and teaching them About Gang RP.
I will do Roleplay instead of Ruleplay and let the situation decide the next move rather than going by the book ( without breaking rules)
