Can you explain more about the problem where is the 6.4 !!

ID 13881 got contacted by his family members by using MG. So, it is not considered Gen Rule 6.4

However,

ID 13881 will receive a punishment for MG and PG - (Punished in /threads/431639)
(You Should Not Use OOC in IC + You Should Not Run While Holding a Suspect in Your Arms, Nor Use a Gun)

ID 65349 will receive a punishment for MG
(You Should Not Use OOC in IC)

ID 60811 will receive a punishment for UB Demand, UB(Swimming While Cuffed) - (Already Punished), and MG
(If You Give Demand to Someone, Make Sure To Count Properly + If You Were Cuffed, You Can Not Swim + You Should Not Use OOC in IC) ​

After Rewatching The Evidence, I concluded that:

ID 60811 will also receive a punishment for Gen Rule 3.2
(Parents should not be mentioned in all chats, including voice)​
