2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation? (List three reasons with an explanation)
~, I am writing to apply for the Vagos leadership and will be speaking about my experience in gangs. I have been in the Gang numerous times, for an solid year now maybe more and during this time I held a good position as just under high command and pushed for deputy of bloods and families. This has allowed me to properly comprehend how the Gang organisations function. I believe my experience and skills make me an ideal candidate for this position as i have both LEO and Gang experience. I am an Very open minded and dedicated individual whom will do anything which is necessary to accomplish my tasks and goals i set for myself.
~ I believe I have the necessary skills and knowledge that would allow me to lead it flawlessly, i will be using my experience to my advantage to do the best i can to achieve goals i have set for the organisations and for myself to make sure that everyone in the organisation is having a Good engagement within the RolePlay scenarios.
~ like i had said before on one of my points about goals i would like to touch on one of the , vagos leadership has been one of my goals i have been wanting to achieve, after my unsuccessful term at NG and disbanded due to OOC reasons i would like a chance to show what i can do as a leader and bring VAGOS ON TOP!!
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1 As a leader, I will shape the vision, set strategic goals, and drive positive change to new people in the city of those who will be joining vagos and those who will be in it at the time. l potential and create a lasting impact on the organisation's success.
2 The aspect of the org, I will be doing Bonus systems for every event that has been done (With certain limits of course) this way i will be getting members of the organisation fully engaged within Roleplay scenarios. I will be doing Promotion ceremony just to show people that if you do work hard and engage more and obey rules you will get rewarded this way again people will be thriving for that goal and willing to grow themselves as a person by engage within the RolePlay Scenarios
3. Terrorist organisation in the city, This will not be mostly to improve RolePlay for others but it will set a spark and example why people should join vagos (One of my goals and aspect to improve RolePlay Level)
4. Turf will be one of my goals which is 100% as i will try to get the top shooters in the city to thrive for the same goal and get them recognition for their hard work this way again we will be all thirvining to achieve the same goal.
