2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
As a player, the gang bloods will always be extremely near to me. Around June of 2021, I decided to take a vacation from the criminal RP side, so I grabbed a tool and wanted to check out the legal side of RP, which I quickly discovered wasn't difficult at all, but I didn't like or feel the same satisfaction as I did on the criminal side. So I joined Bloods since it was the only gang that was still actively evolving. This is when I met a few others and Ink Lovell, with whom I instantly became friends and formed a deep bond. after approximately a month of wrecking the city and having virtually complete power over everything, From attending and winning every event to alliterating every street battle, We done it all.
Being bloods leader can be both a benefit and a burden; I know I'm the perfect match for this role since I've been deputy several times, which was further enhanced by being surrounded by nothing but outstanding and effective leaders. I've also been a deputy for the other side (leo), so I understand how unneeded it may be when dealing with criminals who are being unpleasant for an unwanted/needed cause and/or are poisonous. I will make ensure that every player, regardless of side, is handled with dignity. Speaking about communication behavior, I believe that communication between leaders and curators is critical since it aids in the formation of the organization. I'll ensure to stay on top of everything.
My final argument is somewhat prejudiced, but observing what has happened with gangs over the last two years has left me nothing but dissatisfied. I want this gang to thrive for the sake of both the server base and its members. There has always been an issue with leaders and their followers; I've always tried to make the most of a terrible situation, but there is only so much one person can do, especially when they aren't the leader. Bloods is more than just a gang to GrandRP servers; I regard it as a community. Because of how common gangs are in real life, I feel that even when individuals are exposed to and desire to join one, their first response will most likely be bloods. That reminds me of a family, and everyone will be treated as such.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Throughout the months, I've seen that the RP between gangs has been nothing but a letdown in comparison to the RP brought to the server by legitimate groups. In addition, with global events, I will organize gatherings for all gangs to join together as a community. I will put in place a Create roleplay scenarios that represent real-life circumstances that employees face in their jobs. The scenarios should be difficult but not too difficult, allowing players to expand their talents and acquire new approaches. Finally, I'd like to be able to provide training sessions to participants to assist them grasp the purpose and advantages of roleplaying. Set clear boundaries for behavior and promote a good and polite environment during roleplaying activities.
