There have been multiple instances this has happened where they keep shooting from outside of zone and now they have started to have no limits on the amount of cops that can come in. We serve 4 hours a day and lose all the supplies.
This looks like that these people have some personal agendas for these stores robberies .
I have counted more than 25 people outside the zone.
We killed more than 16.
We had to push out of the zone since they started it first. as you can clearly see

These are just the guys we killed using cars. (4 of us) there are still more alive.
Our boys on the roof killed more.
This is already over 20 and as you can see there are alot more in the cricle.

This complaint is not about the rule being invalid or not good enough. It's about the State ORG's not following them.
If it's a zone event they should be in the zone rather than being outside of it. Increasing/Decreasing the number of participants is not going resolve this issue but only complicate it more.
We really appreciate 1.16 and hope that State org's follow it.
