2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) I want to bring an actual RP experience to Grand RP because I want to stop people from just screaming down the radio.
2.2) I want people to actually earn there ranks instead of favouritism towards friends and will make sure that any high command goes through me first before ranking people up or inviting people.
2.3) I will make sure the people constantly follow the rules and anyone who breaks them will be properly punished with rank decrease or depending on how serious kick from org.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
A realistic amount of people going out and doing robberies and make sure the members act like actual gang members and follow server rules such as power gaming, meta gaming etc
