i took the desired turn on seeing him coming from far but he turned intentionally to crash all in pov.

I didn't mean to hit you, I also saved the video for this case in the morning.

In the moment you turned up on the crossing I didn't know where to steer to avoid the crash. It only took one moment, so it's hard. I assumed that you would continue on the sidewalk on my right side, so I steered left, also I used the brakes before the moment you changed directions.

May I also ask why would this case be considered as car ramming? It was only an accident.
