As today I woke up and saw that my account got blocked for Gen 1.9. But honestly, I didn't try to dodge any taxes or anything it was a pure deal between me and my friend that he was gonna sell me the stuff for cheap and I will help him in buying a sultan classic. But due to that deal, i understand from an admin's perspective it might look like we tried to dodge the taxes but our intentions were not that.

I genuinely respect your decision but I think it's a misunderstanding due to a lack of info coz we were doing a deal that included his house plus cars for a Sultan classic. But I do understand that even if our intentions were not to dodge the taxes unknowingly we did that which was my biggest mistake.
I sincerely apologize to you and everyone for breaking the rules of the server.
As I am the Ballas leader and I am so close to getting 100% turfs, that in max 5 Days, I will get it. So just to complete my achievements which I have been working on for the last 2 months, I request that you please give me another chance by removing the punishment and letting me continue my gang.

I genuinely didn't have any intentions of breaking any rules or dodging any taxes. I respect the server so much and its rules that I've never broken any rules and I have given the gang my everything. So, please it's a big big request if you can give me another chance as I will never ever do any even by mistake.
I am not a guy who will break rules guys so please consider it.

Will be Unbanned and wiped this time, in regards of ballas, sadly yes org will be disbanded and turf season reset.
in regards of your account will give you a chance, make sure not to repeat it, it has been announced and is a known thing by many that such trades are not allowed, only selling and buying.
