2. The primary and most important reason I would like to run Ballas is to try to introduce something new to the illegal org scene. At this point I was in practically every gang and almost every legal organization. I've seen what goes wrong: how organizations are warned/disbanded, how rp between police and gangs works and fails, and how gangs connect with each other at events and around the city. I have several ideas for RolePlay events and scenarios. So I think the first thing I would like to address is the RP within Ballas, that is between the gang and other gangs.
Expanding on the last point, I would like to run the gang with as little toxicity as possible, creating an environment where people can feel like family and grow together, much like the town has been since I first joined. It was new and exciting, and everyone had a good time in the gangs. However, with the huge number of individuals pouring into the city, it seems the gangs have thrown ghetto regulations, general rules and even common sense out the window. I would like to make sure that all gangsters are aware of the rules (what we can and can't do) There will be a few general questions that everyone must at least know the answers to in order to participate.
Finally, I want to become the leader of Ballas to make the city more beautiful for everyone. Many of my former friends who were heavily involved in the city and enjoyed the gang life and events grew tired of the sameness of encounters and certain features of the city. As a result, I'd like to try to make it a little more interesting for everyone. I want to draw people back, welcome newcomers, and just make GrandRP City as awesome as it was when I first joined. RP fights and maybe even heated arguments about hostages every time I ran into town. I don't want to make the city "great again", because it's already amazing, but I want to feel a part of it.
3. I would like to focus on RolePlay with organization in two areas. The first is the interaction of gangs in the ghetto, and the second involves gangs and legal organizations, especially during store robberies, which can add tension and make the game more interesting. While the "free for all" mentality can be fun in the ghetto, I believe everyone can agree with me that it gets old quickly. I'm not sure how we can fix this other than creating additional RP circumstances that you have to complete while looting or before shooting because shooting without talking is uninteresting (this is not an arena). Another option is to expand the boundaries of the ghetto to increase the area where illicit activity can occur.
Another possibility is to expand the boundaries of the ghetto in some way to improve the area in which illegal activity can occur (not necessarily killing on the spot, but more "spreading" the gangsters so that RP can actually happen). I worked in most cases. law enforcement organizations that deal with gangs, as I mentioned earlier, and I have seen how shoplifting can be approached from several angles (high command, lower ranks, gangster, negotiator).
