2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- I want to Leader Of Ballas because i've been a lot of experience like in EN3 EX Families deputy and a lot of time underdeputy in en3 and I have wanted to try and dreamed of in my head since back then.
-I believe I can be a good leader as I will have good deputies in different time zones so when others are asleep someone can watch over the gang at all times and make sure there are no rule breaks involved. I believe that I will be respectful to everyone in my gang. I will try to be unfair to anyone and i will try to manage the gang so that we can have fun together and seriously. I am thinking that.I would like to teach my gang members about how the gang works, and later see that work pay off with them staying loyal to my gang.
- Ballas are one of the most important gangs and someone like me would make them the best gang with the deputies I have. It's special to me and I believe in myself and my representatives and I think I can make it
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Events. Store Robberies everyday, FZ whenever possible, hostage situations, etc.
-i will recruit useful members on my gang
-We try 10k above to spary profits
-Have Deputies who can lead to more activity when I’m not in city.
