ID 94112 will receive a punishment for Gen Rule 6.2
(It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation by leaving the game)

ID 106114 and ID 94838 will receive punishments for Gen Rule 6.15
(For ID 106114 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.)

(For ID 94838, You Were Near ID 106114 When He Shot, So You Clearly Knew That He Did Not Issue a Demand.
You Can Not Shoot Without Proper Demand)​
