2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

2.1 Have a workload for all staff
What do i mean by have a workload for all staff? If I'm appointed as the Chief of EMS I will make sure that every employee under my organization will have a set of work to do keeping them occupied and to keep EMS running.

How will i implement this into my term? The divisions will be much more detailed and focused on giving each member more work to do and assign duty times based on activity hours of each member, which will help us cover all lobbies at all times. Each member hired into EMS after their training will be appointed to one Division as it has been in the previous terms. Although it is nearly impossible, this will enable EMS to be operational at all times during the day, and I intend to keep doing so in the long run.

Why is this good for EMS?
Since maintaining the health of as many city residents as possible is our primary objective, the EMS should be operational around-the-clock. Due to a lack of workload for employees, many became unmotivated to report for duty, which resulted in some inactivity at night in the EMS. This workload i bring in will not only help the employees have work to do, but will also give EMS more activity throughout the hours leading to a better look and more built EMS.


2.2 Improved Divisions
The EMS Divisions have been fantastic so far this term, but toward the end of it, everything started to become repetitious, which resulted in a lot of departmental idleness. This is a problem that can be solved rather simply, and this is how i plan on accomplishing it:


Here are the Divisions I plan on having in my term as EMS Chief:

Human Resources:
-Incharge of the Hiring and Firing process in EMS
-Expected to stop any conflict within EMS
-Protect EMS from any conflict outside of EMS
-Assign strikes for any internal rule breaks from employees
-Track down corruption and assign the appropriate punishments.

Field Training Division:
-incharge of giving training to all Trainees after they join EMS
-incharge of tracking employee process and creating promotion ceremonies
-Keep roster and documents up to date
-Creating and maintaining a good training system


Lab Tech:
-Make Medical supply deliveries to EMS HQ
-Keep the supplies in Humane Labs at a high rate at all times
-Make sure EMS never runs out of supplies


Air Rescue Division:
-Provide assistance to civilians where land vehicles cannot access
-Create a positive image for the Air Division of EMS
-Provide the fastest assistance to civilians


Those are all the Divisions that will be in my EMS, How can I make these Divisions better? Depending on the work the specific division is brought into EMS for, each Division will have its own set of weekly requirements. This will assist EMS grow as well as the Divisions and foster a more vibrant and hardworking Division status for EMS. I have done this in many other organizations before, and it has always turned out well. Additionally, each division will have a bonus system for the work they complete to keep staff members motivated to continuously produce more work.

How will this improve EMS? Increasing the Division standards and work loads, in my opinion, will benefit EMS and set a good future example for the next leaders, hopefully maintaining the momentum and keeping EMS on TOP. Every good organization needs to be divided into multiple parts with multiple Divisions/Departments each working on one part of the organization. I think that by requiring all of my staff to collaborate and support one another throughout my term, EMS will become a stronger community and work will be done at its finest.


2.3 Carry on work from Previous Terms

The EMS has been working very affectively in the past few terms and I plan to do the same with mine as well as help other leaders in the future keep the momentum and continue to keep EMS as a working organization.
EMS is the backbone of the city and without us it would be very difficult for the city to be as active as it should be. If I am chosen as the Chief of EMS, I will devote all of my time and effort to ensuring that EMS is always at the best state we can be in. For this reason, my team and I will do everything we can to keep EMS as active as possible by taking advantage of all the resources we have been given and making the most of them. I intend to maintain EMS's active and responsive quality over the duration of my terms.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 Quality over Quantity
The EMS is of the the most RP based organization in Grand Roleplay and we should do our best as EMS to maintain that name as well as help others have a fun time, In my term i will continue to focus on the quality of our EMS Employees rather than quantity,
How does this improve roleplay?

I believe that if each and every employee of EMS is trained to the top and well aware of how to properly handle roleplay situations we have a much better chance of creating a better image for EMS than we would if we focused on numbers. All of my employees will be trainee and well known on how to handle and improve roleplay situations while keeping it to the minimum. EMS will still focus on getting high numbers as its not something we can throw out the window but we will focus more on the trainings aspect and such improving roleplay, this will help create more high quality roleplay scenarios and make sure that everyone involved is having the most fun.

3.2 Global Events
If I'm appointed as the Chief of EMS I will do more global IC events such as car shows, fashion shows ext. This will let EMS get more in touch with the civilians and show them that we care about our connections with everyone, This will also enhance the image of EMS to others.
How does this improve roleplay?
Our relationship with the city is crucial because the more feedback we can get, the better EMS can improve. However, if our connection to the city is poor, we won't be able to receive any feedback. I believe that holding events like these frequently will help us become more comfortable and in touch with the general public. The previous chiefs did a fantastic job of maintaining solid relations with the general public, and by carrying out the suggestions I made, I hope to strengthen these connections. Everyone in EMS will enjoy the fun roleplay scenarios that will result from this, as well as the people taking part in them.


3.3 Improvised Trainings
Ever since i joined the city i have witnessed multiple training systems in every state organization including EMS, The latest EMS training we have has been the same for a fair amount of time and both the trainers and the trainees are getting bored of them. How will i improve Trainings?

In order to provide a very realistic and enjoyable manner to learn and get instruction, my FTO Division will work incredibly hard and utilize all of the resources we have, including stadiums, arenas, parking lots, and other locations. Additionally, my FTO Team will occasionally update the trainings to keep them engaging and up to date, which is incredibly beneficial for both parties.. How does this improve roleplay?

We will try to make the EMS training process as realistic as well as include as much roleplay as possible, not only increasing the roleplay experience for EMS this also helps the players and our community experience better roleplay situations. By using more spots within the city for training we were making much more realistic scenarios which the trainees can expect to encounter in the real job while on duty alone.


3.4 Professionalism
Every EMS personnel will be required to listen and follow to the high commands' internal regulations for EMS, which include maintaining professionalism both on and off the job. The Human Resources Division will monitor all employees for any rule violations, and if any are discovered, suitable punishments will be given. Every employee will be reminded of all internal rules and the severe consequences that await those who violate them during their first training in EMS. If selected as Chief, I'll work to maintain EMS as a rule-abiding, efficient organization.
