2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 The Reason i applying for the gang leader is because I feel like that i have enough experience to run a gang and a good gang need a good leader and previous marabunta does not have any member and was a dead gang and i want to change that i have people supporting me who will have my back running this gang
2.2 Second, A good gang need a good leader if your leader is not good the gang will most probably disband and there will be no rule if the leader is good all gang member will rule ghetto because of his Experience
2.3 Third, i am very nice and chill guy I don't want gang members fighting because of their families most of the times many people left the gang because of their family i want to solve that and give them a happy and active gang who goes around and have Each other backs
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 we will take interviews if someone dont know rules they cant join
3.2 minimum age to join will 12 (levels)
3.3 If someone is HCs friend they will not get good ranks if they are not experience and have not shown their worth to gang
3.4 warehouse will open every event and closed after the event
3.5 If a gang member is toxic they will be kicked even if its my HCs
3.6 will try to do 100% turfs
3.7 will have 1 other timezone deputies who will handle everything when i am not around
3.8 will a deputy who will handle turfs
3.9 will do events everyday
3.10 if any gang member break rule and he is new chances will be given to them so they will learn
