If the original owner name never changed then it shows IC proof that Vee Venetia aka Vee Vendetta changed his name.

If there's one thing I know its thinking outside the box to find criminals, I told Jackson this as well as it was a fear of mine and Made the Judicial Ruling that if he changes his name and the ownership history doesn't show a different name then its clear he changed his name and he can go after him, I did infact tell him also if he must provide any bodycam of the whole situation to show that the man he went after wasn't the wrong person, as well as its proper procedure with dealing with Warrants

Once you change your name in the DOV you are at a CLEAN SLATE. All criminal history wiped. You don’t have the right to ASSUME who they are based on the cars they have.

unfortunately its not an assumption is reality and it's been tested, ofc if the ownership history changed aka if someone purchased the car, traded the car, etc it would reveal that there may not be grounds and yea then it would be over a hunch which would be valid but you never sold the car, you never gave it away, you never traded it, so there in lies the proof.

Thank you for bringing a questionable issue like name changes, maybe administration can seal up these issues without myself having to find a strong valid loophole that catches criminals trying to get out of criminal liability

When a player changes their name in the DOC their criminal history should be wiped clean, you guys are scriptly trying to change that by metagaming in the PDA when you cannot PROVE that the person you’re seeing in the PDA with the vehicle is the same as the person who had the arrest warrant. The forum legit has nothing to do with him he’s just being toxic for no reason. We’ll let the admin decide because the steps he’s claiming that justify his reason for putting me on the wanted list doesn’t mean that he went through any of the steps at all even if they were valid, to be able to put me on the wanted list to begin with. And as far as I’m concerned if an arrest warrant says someone else’s name, you shouldn’t be able to go after a person who has changed their name you should have to make a new arrest warrant for that. Not to mention that’s still PG. admins have always said that once someone changes their name in the DOC their criminal history is wiped clean of all crimes previously committed and that’s what it does scriptly. If they don’t want people changing their names to potentially avoid a arrest warrant (which is not what I was doing) then they should have tighter security at the DOC

It does not count as PG as realistically, you can place put someone on a wanted list without being present.​
