Sir, I have been denied entry into the city due to Gen Rule 6.3

I am really sorry for what happened. I don't know about this error and I'm sorry for that. I have served in the organization for many years and I was careful not to do such an act, and I promise that such acts will not be repeated. I am a really good man and friendly with everyone. You can really check the record, and I asked to be allowed, and this was an apology and a pledge not to repeat this act again.
