> I've been in this city nearly 1 year. I learned lot of thing from my friends now im ready to be Leader Of Ballas.
> I would like to become Leader of Ballas because I want to lead a gang. I have gained lot of experience and knowledge about rules ,communication and all of. Now im ready to be Leader Of Ballas.
> I would ask each member who wanted to join a few questions to their role level. If he doesn't know much about the role, I give him a low rank, but I help him get promote. If it is active, it can get a higher rank, if he is very knowledgeable about the role, I would immediately give him an good rank rank.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
> We will do %100 on captures with my team.
> We will do events (Submarine,Store Rob, hostage situations...)
> Helping newbies to learn rules.
