2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1. Organize the gang. Since joining server 3 I've joined a few gangs and from what I've seen there's very little activity from the gangs. I want to make BALLAS the most active gang in the city. Large numbers participating in ALL Gang events.
2. I love the hood aspect of the BALLAS . The Location and look of this gang has by far the best RP on the server in my opinion. A very hood gang, Placed right in the soul of the hood.
3. I helped to run gangs on EN 1 and would like to make a run at running my own gang here. I'm hoping my experience in the high status Gangs and Family's that I was high command of will translate here and allow me to run the BALLAS to a high standard.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Throw block parties with other gangs to give RP opportunities.​

Do promotion ceremonies and Gang meetings with bonuses to increase gang morale.​

Put on more gang sponsored events for the community.​
