1- Ellie Blossom believes that her capabilities of staying hidden while being an officer of the law are exceptional, and she can engage in any criminal activities while on or off duty.
2- Ellie Blossom, due to losing her best friend, believes that the justice system is broken and is failing, due to this, she can break any state laws while on or off duty.
