Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. When I came to the city I liked lifeinvader the most. In lifeinvader we can edit ads while we are anywhere in the city. We do not need to mention any radio codes of rota. I always help the citizens if they are in any kind of trouble with lifeinvader. I am always able to take constructive criticism and not get angry easily because we can also find out solution for issue being chill. I will always take care that ads are going alright.
2. I always follow the truth and never do any kind of injustice with anyone like citizens and collegues. I will always be ready to help everyone whenever I will be in city. I have been in lifeinvader from 2-3 months. My highest rank I achieved was Supervisor. I always followed a good relation and respect to everyone. I never lie and not get tensed in difficult situation.
3. I always ask my team members if they have any issues and if they have I will call a meeting and solve the issues but not gets angry I will be calm in any situation. My motive is to help people in posting there ads and do not post any illegal items ads. I have very good english and very good communication skills which will help me to communicate in a good way with others. It will have a good image of organisation in city.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I will lower the price of ads to $2.000 which will encourage the citizens to post their ads frequently. Then the image of lifeinvader will be good and peaple will always like lifeinvader.
2. I will do open recruitments whenever necessary which will help us to build our staff. I will hire the staff more as they will post the ads very fast so the citizens will not angry that there ad is delayed. They will be quite happy. In every week I will take feedback from citizens as well as my employees so that I will know what is the status of our organisation.
3. I will be serious to my employees if they commit a mistake I will meet them and teach them the mistake and tell them not to do it again. If they do it again they will recieve a warning from high commands. I will always tell my employees to take constructive criticism if they do not take constructive critisicm they will not get hired in organisation.
4. I will observe one week that at what shift there are more ads. After observation I will open application and hire employees for that shift so that ads do not get delayed.
5. I will make a extra bonus system I lifeinvader so that the employees will do more ads to get there bonus.
