Rejected ER 1.7 | Notix Haze

I got banned for 30 days for providing incomplete POV (ER 1.7),(link 1). However, My Geforce Experience glitched, and it was only able to save 3 minutes of POV during the raid, 1 min after I entered the zone.

POV:

I was accused of cheating during the Fam Raid, but in the provided POV, you can see everything is normal.(Link 3).
Additionally, "During the raid, Admin Notix Haze teleported me to the administrators' location, where they checked my PC thoroughly.

As this was a Geforce Experience glitch, that I could not have possibly controlled, I Apologize and kindly request you to reconsider my ban from my account (ID: 125102).
It has never been happened to me before, and i sincerely apologize for my mistake.

Its already been 9 days since the ban.
