I know this doesn't directly involve me but I don't believe this is a normal behavior and should be punished.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
  • ID 116 will receive a punishment for 6.15 General rule
  • ID 12716 will receive a punishment for 3.2 General rule
  • Additionally ID 9456 Will receive a punishment for 6.7 General rule
  • When outside the Ghetto you must engage in RP before shooting/killing someone, when speaking to a player it is strictly forbidden to mention parents on our server, and when you die it is forbidden to come back to the situation for 15 minutes.
