There is little point in appealing the punishment. As per my POV of the situation I am clearly having desync issues (including parts of my audio recording) but cuffing while running was not necessarily intentional.
1. The Prison Break Notification does not appear for me until a second or two later which I commented on.
2. The Prisoners are "teleport walking" in my eyes as a result so I cannot even see them clearly.
My actual complaint(s) against Admin Del Federal are:
1. ID 27240 is clearly talking in an OOC channel with other players who are there during the Prison Break. They are (as you can confirm in my POV) not not speaking IC and this should have been picked up on by Del Federal. As per the Rule for Metagaming: Using VoIP programs such as Teamspeak, Skype, Discord and Ventrilo to communicate IC whilst in-game is STRICTLY forbidden.
Extended POV should have been requested for Admin to check for Metagaming especially during an RP situation such as a Prison Break.
They are also insulting (Calling me Corrupt) in that OOC channel (3.1 or 6.10 OOC Insults) and communicating who I am to the others which is more proof of Metagaming of people who are also clearly in the RP situation (the other prisoners who ran past me) since they recognised me.
As an Admin Del Federal overlooked clear MG and OOC communication used IC and possible covering up of more serious Metagaming. They should have requested the POV leading up to the prison break due to the Metagaming as it is reasonable to assume that the clip is only 11 seconds long due to Rulebreaks that the Poster wishes to hide (before and after) as I have shown.
If a separate Complaint Thread is necessary please advise and I will open one but the original should be reviewed.
