i shoot him in ghetto and he ran out of ghetto and i chassed and killed him . i respect every admin but admin mark west did not asked full pov of the situation he just punish me based of some sec .

i am providing you full pov of the situation :

i asked it many time and they said we can kill but i got two warn of this reason ( not same situation )
