2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation) -
1. Experience - I have been in the National Guard for a very long time (Over 2 years), I have been in all the possible positions and divisions in NG so I saw all the good things which NG should keep and all the bad things that should be fixed, I was also a leader of many Organizations and i had amazing terms in all of them, without getting in problems or having too many warnings so i have all the needed experience in NG and as a leader.
2. Activity - many orgs have problems with activity and as i have been a leader many times i know how to manage it and handle it very easily:
* Connections - As i have many connections i know many people who will always help me and will always be active in the org
* Making a bonus system - Rewarding the units by giving them promotions / money for their great job its giving them more motivation to be active and to go for events
*Recruitment Drives - Opening 3 Recruitment drives every day so we will have units from all the time zones for the gate duty and for the events
3. Connections - Throughout my time in Grp, I've strongly believed in building strong connections with people. Good connections have made leading organizations much easier for me. I've been able to bring good quality people which I know and trust, creating a united team that works together and always have fun. These connections have also provided me with amazing relationships with other leaders and orgs.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
The best way for improving the RP in the org is just to get good quality people to the org,
*People I can trust who will simply wont break any Rp rules,
*People with good communication skills who can lead the org
