first of all im new to the server and i dont know the rules.

i heard about dice, i put out an ad for dice for 500k and a guy came and gave me millions, i wasnt in control of it and as i said that im new to the server and didnt know the rules.
i apologise for the actions i did, if i knew that i could reject dicing with him then i wouldve done it.
