The evidence shows a head on collision. between the plane and the car. The car should not have been on the runway as that is unrealistic. However there doesn't seem to be any intention of purposely killing or ramming you with his vehicle, he simply could not avoid you. It shouldn't have happened as he should not have been there, therefore:
ID 159434 will receive a punishment for UB Driving (on runway while planes are taking of)
