2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Reason 1:
Experience. I have been in National Guard (EN1) for just under 2 years, in that time I have learned the ins and outs of NG and have decided to put forward my leader application even if its for a different city. I always wanted to help the server regardless of what number is at the end of EN. As well as that, I have been the previous Lt.General on EN1 and know what the curators want from NG.
Reason 2:
Activity. It is no joke in saying that National Guard has an activity problem. I want to increase the orgs activity by encouraging people to join National Guard, whether its through bursary funding or doing more open recruitments, I want this org to be active and successful.
Reason 3:
Connections. I know many people from EN1 who likely would come to EN3 to assist me on rising the activity levels of National Guard on EN3. As well as that, the people I bring in will be highly experienced and willing to improve the Org for its overall health as they will have at least 1-2 years of experience.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
As mentioned previously, people I take in that get High Positions will be extremely knowledgable and will maintain a high level of RP in the organisation.
As well as that, I will ensure that the training provided by Recruitment Representatives is adequate and actually useful for new recruits.
