as seen in the pov the guy sent his pov in voice chat with his friends. He has discord overlay enabled. But in the pov i can't hear any discord voice coming from him. Also he does speak during this pov:

. His name is Sedat Fellas in game and as you can see Sedat Fellas name in discord goes bright but again we can not hear any sound expect in game sounds. IG this is agains general rule 6.17.
