in the forum post --->Approved - CR, UB Driving, VDM | Smileys <--- they were given a chance to prove that they removed any visual modification that might give an advantage. Given "no death effect" wasn't listed in the rules i was ignorant to that being an advantage. i have removed any and all HD visual upgrades and now have 100% default GTA5 graphics, sounds, everything.
